I remember getting my grandpa's Zippo from Vietnam. He said he smoked so much down there, he replaced the Flint about 6 times.😁

Nothing beats the classic zippo lighter

Zippos for pre roled cigs, clippers for anything you roll, or if you are like me ad roll a few of them before going out, use both; clipper to roll it and zippo to light it. There is nothing manlier than a zippo

Bic... is the only lighter that lasts until the fluid run out

In Germany we call clippers "bonglighter" or "stonerlighter" cause you can take out the Flintstone and use it to stuff down weed the cone and cause the fire gets bigger if you hold it downwards

I really like the clipper lighters, theyre more comfortable than a normal bic

clippers have a round shape for stuffing pipes, especially canmabos related ones, also you can take out the whole thing that contains the flint to stuff joints and the flame gets bigge when you flip it upside down, so its easier to light pipes

You can now get add-on rubber or plastic seals for zippos. Fits on the inside on the bottom. Really helps with fuel evaporation.

who goes through the effort of replacing parts for a cheap lighter?

I personally prefer Clippers over Bics. Ive had a Clipper for several months and have lit campfires with it as well. The flame still burns strong and I also find the removable flint stick super convenient when packing joints.

Those jet lighters are insane! Honestly, I didn't know them till now. I just got a Zippo though, perhaps next time I'll look into one of those. Thanks for the video, very informative.

One thing you should've mentioned is the operating temperature. Butane lighter don't work well/at all if kept in cold, arc lighters probably lose charge (faster) in cold weather. But the petrol lighters/zippos work just fine no matter how cold it is outside.

Clippers any day anyone who smokes weed should agree

You can just send in your zippo to the company, they always fix it for free.

peanut/capsule petrol lighters aren't great for everyday use, but excellent as a bullet (and water) proof emergency backup.
clear silicone o-rings let some fuel to diffuse out over time, so for best results replace those with proper, gasoline resistant ones.

" replacing parts " on the zippo is just changing the flint really, a wick will last years
