It's done here in Minnesota, the manifold you were holding up has the zone valves which control heating to any given area and the nice part about that system is they're basically heating it with an on demand water heater that will use minimal fuel.

I watched Arend of Countryside Acres did that to the floors of his newly built house in Nizhny Novgorod, too. Applying the wired down and then adding the white plasic hose with the zip lock tying them together like the men in this video was doing. It was the first time seeing how the floors of the house with the wood tiles were being laid down.

Here in Norway we often drill 200meter deep holes for water or energy for heatpumps :)

The only time you see radiant floor heating in Canada is in higher end custom and semi custom homes, sometimes coupled with geothermal. The typical builder-standard home will use forced air. Builders here have not adopted the technology because they go with the cheapest quickest solution. Trying to get the US and Canadian builders to adopt any new technology is quite painful. They're decades behind other places in the world. The radiant floor systems we do have are different from what you showed.

Американский шерпотреб, за эти деньги можно построить из керамзита с утеплением под крышу, а если своими руками то кирпичный 2.5

❤❤❤❤❤ It is really nice, it’s definitely worth it. People spend a lot of millions to make their house and if you can have it made like that I think it’s great

If you were building here in the states it would be twice as much. I just spend 10 grand on plywood for my roof alone. 80-100 bucks per sheet for roofing and flooring

Very similar system is used in the Northern USA and Mid West to heat driveways to melt snow....some use an electric element, some use hydronics with heated fluid in pipes like you show here.
