Proposed balance adjustments:
Stu: instead of infinite supers, it charges automatically (takes only 0.5 seconds or so)
Hank and Eve: 0.2s cooldown on activating passive
Carl: super speed toned down by 20%ish
Brock: f they didn't already, just a small nerf to attack damage so that it isn't purely doubled.
Angelo: Increase angle between shots (45 degrees off to each side)
Ash: One less mouse :3 just one

Buffs/additional effects:
Nita: increased movespeed
Frank: attacks come out twice as fast
Penny: duplicated super comes down after a delay, so that attacks aren't synced, and fire faster (2 seconds instead of 3.5 per cannon)
Rosa: increased vision range, spawns bushes every step she takes.
El primo: Taking damage doesn't deactivate passive healing.
Squeak: dealing damage with basic attacks will slow enemies briefly
Grey: small reload speed buff
Mandy: Narrow the angle between additional supers (10-15degrees off to each side)
Belle: shot explodes when hitting walls as well.
Buzz: Faster super projectile speed (doubled)
Grom: idk, give him a 10% movespeed buff for fun.
Pam: 5% more movespeed
Leon: each clone attack once every 3 seconds for 50% damage.

ticks hypercharge with the three heads could be devasting because when they all explode or die they will spawn 27 bombs and the hypercharge damage boost would probably kill any brawler instantly
