NEW ACCESSORIES ADDED TO MY 2022 TOYOTA TUNDRA TRD PRO #shorts

I am slowly but surely making some mods to my 2022 Tundra TRD Pro. First up is the removal of the factory rock sliders and replace it with the TRD aluminum running board. Much more practical and useable. next is the bed step, which is a manual version. Both have been added this week.

Hi David, Do u have the vin number issue when u try to get the running board thru the Toyota parts department? I am trying to get the predator tube step But the staff told me that the Vin i provided doesn't got any running board offer, they claims it doesn't fit my truck. I have a pro same as you but still with the rockslider, Did u get ur trd board from somewhere else?

Agreed, that one is indeed Toyota's best designed running boards, both aesthetically and functionally. Previous styles from the j300 to the j80, and the 4Runner's, extend the look of the body and make it seem bloated and droopy. And the plastic starts to look bad over a short amount of time. And when you're in snow or mud it gets stuck in there. And then when you need to remove them, the remaining body looks unfinished. Hopefully, they carry this design unto the new 4Runner. Maybe they can do a brushed aluminum look for the new GX. I'm glad they offer rock sliders however, that's Jeep Rubicon territory.

lol rock slider. Tundra has plastic bumpers, that’s a step at best.
