Thanks for the reply. Meanwhile i've purchased a Mariner 4, just becouse there are a place for the battery. I'm recommend to make dedicated place for battery when developing the next E5 incarnation. It's a big boat, really usefull a trolling motor use with, but an elegant battery placement is a must in my opinion.

Wanderlei, the box dimensions of the boat are 24.5x12x22.5. Once the boat has been inflated and you are folding it back up. The dimensions will be a little larger than this.

Sitting on the inside it shouldn't be getting too much direct sun and the vinyl keeps surprisingly cool over the boat. The battery is a little harder to situate, by the back seat is what we typically recommend.

Yeah it can be akward in the Excursion series but the Mariner 4 is all around the best hope thats working great for you!

You're very welcome. It is a good boat to last long term. Usually a valve leak is due to the cap being mis-threaded. Let us know if you have any other questions!

You guys should make a hard bottom for the E5 to make it easier to stand and cast your rod and also a battery compartment

Great... thanks. Can you see this boat actually lasting long term? From what ive read online, people are complaining about valve just looking for a heavy duty 4 person that can last for a couple years. I don't want to have to buy a new one every year....

Is this boat good against light current with paddles? Im new to this stuff so dont judge. Could we do it with 2 paddles? Or do we need 4?

This video suggests that the motor mount kit comes with the boat... I don't think that's true. Just FYI. It's another $25-$30 for the kit, as I've seen.

I think the black color isnt a good choice inside the boat, so close to passengers. Just hink about the hot summer sunshine, probably it will be hot like flaming hell. This is the main reason that i'm planning to purchase the older, brownish modell. Other thing that i really need to read what intex offer, where to place the batterie in the E5, just becouse there are no comfortable place to put and hold it stable, except on the back seat which sounds really bad to me.
