Having debilated Saturn (retrograde) in 1st and debilated Venus in 6th house (Aries ascendant), I know how life becomes hell and nightmare in Rahu mahadasha+ Saturn Antardasha+ sade sati which I'm going through currently.
BUT

And Bhairava sadhana for 3 months

For eg if Sunrise is at 6:30 AM, then 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM (Approx) is the hora or hour of Shani Dev.

A recommendation: It would enhance the experience if the episodes were available in Hindi dubbing. My mother is fond of these topics but refrains from watching them because of the language barrier.
