Now thats a great tip. People think cake takes a certain amount of "time" when it depends on how much batter you are using, and the type of mold...
Too much thinking for the average home baker honestly. "finding a cupcake recipe you like" is a great tip dear. You got a comment out of me!

The rounded tops frost one side upside down and then top with another top….BOOM! Best cookie every time great warm or cold. Or just butter and enjoy a treat that makes baking worth it! Enjoy!

You could also cut out little parchment circles and place them in the mold before filling. It helps the cake come out without the bottom of it sticking.
