This is a great starting point for someone getting started. I think there might be some operational efficiencies that you could add to make this more streamlined on the HaloPSA side... For instance, instead of creating a new custom integration for each customer, you might be able to piggyback on something like Microsoft Partner Center or CIPP to API in and create the new users through your partner API. I get wanting to use Power Automate, but having to create the same (or similar enough) processes in each customer tenant seems crazy. We could use Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps (or even a Powershell automation account runbook) to standardize the process across customers.
