2016 Christmas tree with ws2812 addressable leds

For 2016 I decided to do all the lights as ws2812 addressable LEDs and the adafruit neo pixel library. There are 400 lights on the tree all run from a 60a 5v power supply (Current draw should be 30a max but it's what I had)
