The Redmi Note 4x didn't really surprise me. The same great Xiaomi quality but as you said, the screen looks more vibrant and the low-light camera performance has improved. Finally, the worked on their camera algorithms

I bought this phone after doing some research, I had thought about buying the Elephone S7 because of its beauty however I am glad I got the Redmi 4X instead....it feels very solid and I am in Australia but experienced no problems with the phone as it runs here on 4G. The only thing I would suggest to anyone is when you first unbox this phone and cannot find your countries region, just pick the nearest one to you. For some reason there is no region for Australia New Zealand UK or USA. I had to click Indonesia for my region, and that is fine. Hope this helps someone. 😀

Alex you won't believe this but I am still using this phone as one of my secondary phones, with a pixel experience custom ROM installed. It's still nice to use, although a bit slow. I use it for telegram and YouTube and emails etc. Still going strong and the screen still looks great.
