Is it me or is the video they showed not a hardflip? In a hardflip the board rotates in the direction where the nose comes towards you but in the video the board flips in the opposite direction, like a dolphin flip or something.

Hardflips are my favorite trick. If you want it to look better and turn over faster for the front foot catch, you gotta stomp the pop hard. Make sure you got good front pop shuvs cause that’s the same exact front foot catch and what you need to be doing with your pop foot. Obviously this advice ain’t for Daewon. 😅

I always called it an inward kickflip until I found out it was actually called a hardflip

My group of skate friends called it the Twisted Kickflip after we all learned it and it wasn’t hard anymore. I like the Inside Kickflip better than the Hardflip. But ima still call it the Twisted Kickflip
