Don't open the lid until the orange light stops flashing; or at the very least, until it has stopped 'hissing'.
As this breaks the seal that the device makes, it's very easy to get a spray of hot water and/or steam on your hand. Also, this will spray milk/coffee grounds over the sensors - which is a pain in the backside to clean.

Other than that; they're great machines.

It is terrible. You must use 2 capsule for cappuccino first milk foam which is 60 sent cost then another 50 cent cost espresso. It also takes longer producure u must wait front of the device. I
