The Context: Mother Chhinnamasta was returning from a fierce battle with the Asuras, she and her both companions were hungry, so she cut her head off, temporarily to feed all (3) of them. Meanwhile, Rati and kaam Dev were passing by, and they wanted to have fun on these 3 warriors; that is why they shoot an Arrow that invokes the desires of sexual urge. The Mother got hold of that Arrow, and shot them back, now they are lost in their own Maya and had to have intercourse, instantly. These 3 saw it and decided to trample the weird couple engaging in intercourse in the middle of the road, without any provocation. Excellent Iconography of India, Om NamaSchandikaayei !
