Did Ramsey Architects, take into consideration, that wheelchairs need width in the doorways? Not just the front door, all the interior doors. That video you showed tells me it’s regular width. Honestly, sliding doors everywhere excluding front door should be pocket or sliding doors.
Something to consider, what if the person who is renting, is in a wheelchair? That means, kitchen and bathrooms would need to be reworked, because conventional height sinks, and certain appliances and storage spaces need to be accessible.
