Assembly Bill of Materials Validation from Human Workers perspective

Validation of assembly processes occur at several milestones in a new aircraft or vehicle development timelines. Usually,we can use simulation to deterministically analyze production tasks like machining, automated assembly and welding, and logistics quite early. Unfortunately, evaluating how real people will perform tasks is "documented" early without the ability to really evaluate "would a person really do that?" is often left until we have REAL TOOLS, and REAL PARTS, and REAL PEOPLE in the plant which is too late to make impactful changes.

By enabling process engineers to immerse potential future assembly operators in physically true-to-life experiences with the product in the context of human interactive processes we can effectively travel forward in time to perform those assembly tasks in Virtuality and record their findings to share with their peers in the product development or process planning departments.
