Moles are removed very fast. I had two in my back that got removed at the same time. I got on the table without my shirt, laid on my stomach, the doc looked at them, I felt a pinch which I assumed was a needle for the pain, I felt another pinch. When I asked how are they going to remove them the doc said he was already stitching...

Shave biopsy is funny because it looks terrifying but you literally don't feel it. Even when they cauterize it, it literally has 0 feeling. Numbing goes insane.

It depends how big the mole is and whether there is anything below the skin but it is quick for a GP or trained nurse to cut out the small area of skin. I got stitches for the two they removed because they took out a mole the size of a small coin.

Funnily enough I removed a mole from my cheek before. It had a lil hair growing on it and I was picking at it cuz its like a bump and stuff. And so it was also bleeding cuz of that... I literally just removed the entire thing and stuff... My dad asks "just how did you do that??" because apparently its supposed to hurt a lot or something but I felt like almost no pain.

I had massive blisters on my hand from a cooking oil accident. Second burn ward appointment was very similar. Doctor asks to look at my hand, next thing I know her scissors are cutting through my massive blisters with no warning. We’re talking blisters as thick as my fingers covering my fingers, thumb and hand. It was one hell of an experience. That lady was hardcore.

i had a similar reaction with a ingrown toenail. Gave me an anesthetic injection and I was just keeping small talk with the doctor before she removes the toenail (had to remove the entire thing). I told her ''Just say when you are starting so I can prepare myself'' and she just goes ''Oh I removed it like 5 min ago''
