Under the Clean Air Act and President Obama's Climate Action Plan, EPA is proposing to cut carbon pollution from existing power plants, the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S. The Clean Power Plan is a commonsense and flexible approach to cut pollution, protect public health, continue economic growth, and spur innovation.

If McCarthy wants to help 32, 000 children she could keep the Martin Drake Power Plant in Colorado Springs. Drake is over 50 years old and dirty. It had a fire on 5/5/14 which shutdown the plant for emergency repairs.

EPA could do something meaningful now by taking a look at the pollution that is affecting local children.

We need to make environmental sustainability cool. Make the topic and all the actions in which we take, a socially rewarding experience.

I care about the melting ice, that's where the rising water and extinctions will continue. they should care too. everything is linked. Rising water effects much. want to know what comes with ice caps melting? all they care about is the costs, that's what they care about! I guess... one step at a time. time :( isn't that long
