An occupier (e.g. Israel) has no legal “right to self-defence” against people who it occupies (e.g. the people it has occupied/besieged in Palestine since 1967).

On top of that, the occupation is illegal and Israel is legally obliged to end the occupation of Palestine.

On top of that, people under occupation DO have the legal right to violent and non-violent resistance to achieve self-determination.
