I thought I'd seen all the Time Team episodes at least twice, but this is the second "new to me" episode I've seen in the past two weeks.

Every time I see these I try and picture the people who lived so long long long ago it’s so fascinating I just wish I was younger so I could really get into all of this not by just watching it I’m 65 so I think I’m a little too old to actually do it so I’ll just watch it 👍🏻

3:57 History Hit should consider changing 'It's like Netflix for History' to something else, as 'Netflix' is almost a pejorative to most of its potential costumers.

I certainly regard 'Netflix' with a negative connotation, if not outright disdain.

I like Guy de la Bedoyere and his knowledge of the Romans. Took me awhile to get his name right and I love saying it because it just rolls off the tongue.

It's heartbreaking to know that such a piece of history was destroyed. I mean I get it but damn so sad.

I've just discovered your time team videos and I love them. ❓❓❓ Why do you limit your digs to 3 days ❓❓❓

This one has got to be one of the funniest episodes of Time Team that I have ever seen. John Gater is hilarious in this one.

I love your sense of British connection to history and English community. My ancestors were English. And being English we're a weird mix of Viking, Roman, angle, Norman, Saxon. We are English mutts one and all. (Angland - Anglish - get it?)

Wow. What a great camp area. I don't think we'll be able to get our 21 foot off-road van down that track. However, I'd love to have a fish in that creek.❤❤.

Long term, you will have to make a way to get from one side of the convent to the other without having to drive through the hall. You had mentioned possibly craning over a wall. Can't you just remove the wall?
