Adam, you're simply the best! I always look forward to your videos. Whenever I'm feeling down I watch your videos to make me feel better. In a world full of negativity, it's hard to stay positive and I give you kudos for trying to stay afloat and be optimistic. I know it's difficult to do. I have a goal in life, and that goal is to one day meet Adam The Woo! You're an inspiration and a wonderful roll model. Keep doing what you're doing. I'll be with you all the way. ;)

I share similar thoughts on how we are here for just a short while, and just that humbling self awareness, is amazing. big house great job and $$ is so not the important gift or success, its just having life itself and being good to fellow man and self, little things while passing through life, that's important. Way to go Mr Woo! You are showing Us real character,  self discipline, willpower and You are being a great example to those of us like me that could also shed a few pounds.
 I  went from 298 to 170 in a little over a year. Now I am back up to 200. 195 on good days, Getting back down to 170 to 175 has been harder than losing the original weight.

Hi Adam! great vlog on Keeping promises to yourself, i have kept a promise to my self is, i will go to america for my birthday in October, only for 4 days so i can say to myself at least i have been and fulfilled my promise. and we shall Remember them who sacrifice them self's to give us freedom and Hope, so we can enjoy life with out fear. just hope in the future that they will be peace in the world for are next generations to come. its great to hear you have fulfilled your promise to your self to drink water for 60 days. I just hope you are eating as well, keep it up not long now Adam until 60 days challenge is over. and looking forward in your next super video's.

The goal you set yourself and sticking to it, it is proving to yourself your persistence, and persistence is most useful in life as in the route to obtaining our goals we do not always have a smooth ride as you well know, persistence gets us there, not giving up.

It's a brilliant idea what you're doing. I have read stuff about how iodine and some squeezed lemon into water helps improve a person's health and also abstaining from meat. But of course we have to eat something. You can by doing what you do find out what your specific tolerances are to certain foods and liquids. I found out the hard way I was allergic to many foods, wheat, dairy, gluten....made a massive difference to my quality of life when I changed my diet. The little things in life are most of our lives anyway, not many of us are wrapped up in the big games of life.

After having been hooked on Pepsi and other sodas for 22 years I much thanks to you finally said STOP! I wanted to do this for such a long time and now finally I did it. 4 days without soda and ONLY drinking water made me sick the first two days. It may seme like nothing to most people but the longest I went was half a day before. Now I struggle on:)
