SwimEx Aquatic Plow Exercise
Показать описание
Use The plow is a type of gait exercise that can be altered to meet your specific cardiovascular needs. Once you are comfortable with walking and jogging underwater, try using a wide handheld exercise tool called a plow to increase the resistance of your gait.
According to a study published in a 2000 issue of the "Journal of Athletic Training," the plow exercise mimics the physical demands of aerobic sports, such as football, and should be completed in shallow-water sprints of 6- to 10-second intervals. When jogging, grab the plow with both hands and make sure the widest part of the device directly faces the water in front of you.
