Dance Tutorial ''Koca Arap Zeybeği'' from Turkey

Koca Arap Zeybeği is played in Aydın province. Aydın is a city located in the Aegean Region. This dance is one of the heaviest of the heavy zeybeks group. It is usually performed by elderly people who are familiar with the local culture. Its tune is in nine tenses. There are basically walking and pulling steps.

⚙️ The project ‘’ Bridging differences through traditional dances'' with acronym ‘’Horos’’ and project reference 622157-EPP-1-2020-1-EL-SPO-SSCP was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission. ‘’Horos’’ project aims to help in the integration of the people with fewer opportunities in the society through the traditional dances and promote the equal opportunities of everyone to participate in this type of sport activity.
