I picked this same 9500 BTU unit up at Lowe's & so far, I'm very happy with it.

The remote comes with a holder, but I can't figure out where the holder is supposed to attach to the a/c. They don't even mention it in the manual.

Sooo my issue is. I have it in a window outside my condo balcony. And it seems to be dropping a lot/ the slinger fan shooting water outside the sides. which wouldn’t be a problem but my patio door is on one side so I don’t want lots of water damaging it: is it because my ac is on too much an angle?

Holy crap how many people copied this dude's video? I find it interesting that everybody's making this guy famous this is literaly like the 24th video in a row that I have watched of this air unit with the same guy's voice that's clearly American. it took me over an hour to find the original video. Whats funny is the video is obviously showing a foreign unit that uses Celsius. What's even more interesting is every single one of these videos has the exact same product linked in the description and half of them has a girl's name speaking person clearly sounds like a dude. I mean you can also literally hear him pressing buttons in the background that aren't matching with the video and he's talking in imperial measurements not metric IE dollars and Fahrenheit as far as I know the US is the only country that uses dollars and Fahrenheit and square footage everyone else uses square meters and Celsius

I saw this online and was very curious about the energy you send energy-savings I wish you would have talked more about the filter where is the filter how do you get it out since the front panel is solid where is it sucking the air in through the coils?
