ive just watched all 41 videos in your integration series in preparation for my mocks and it has massively increased my understanding of integration. thanks alot for your time

This is incredible. That (cscx+cotx)/(cscx+cotx) just came out from nowhere. Whoever thought of this method must be a genius.

i would never think of doing this in the exam lol

When you integrate secx is arctanh(sinx) also a solution?

Also if you can get two completely different looking results when you integrate a function, does that mean it’s possible for those two results to be different functions or are the two results always equivalent in some way?

Example: -1/rt 1-x^2 integrates to arccosx and -arcsinx

I thought this would mean that arccosx is the same as -arcsinx but the graphs for these two functions are different

If you can integrate and get two completely different functions as answers how does this not create problems when doing definite integration since both these functions are not equivalent

i love these mysterious ways of doing maths although this sounds like you took this from thin air🤣🤣🤣
