Thanks, Adam! I'm excited for both, but I'm more excited about multiple NUMA nodes. I've had SEVERAL clients that have needed to scale their SSAS Tabular solution, but have been unable to. Now we have the capability!

Yeah. NUMA support is huge news. Need more details on revised performance test results and benchmarks.

Personally love the STRING_AGG function in v.next. Was hoping that might come in a SQL 2016 SP, but it might be too involved. I ran into a bunch of scenarios over the years where that would be helpful instead of rolling my own.

I like the idea of SQL on Linux, but don't currently have a use case for it. That might change to help reduce licensing costs in the future, though. It all depends on the feature parity, price, and ability of someone in-house to support Linux. Pretty cool announcements this time around.

Oh, and if you could mention to whoever writes the blog content that linking to "What's new in SSRS" from the "We released SP1" would be useful for those of us wondering more about what _else_ has changed, that would be great. :D
