My stepson started 5th this year. Hes waking up earlier getting his own breakfast ready and packing his own lunches 🥲 I do supervise to make sure its balanced and hes getting what he needs but very hands off so he can work on his independence and time management and so hes used to it when his baby brother gets here in February ❤ 😭 its very bittersweet but it makes me proud knowing he can do a lot for himself. Hes in charge of his own laundry and everything this year
