i just found one of these at work and i was telling my coworker about the world of stationery internet and they looked at me like I'M the odd one. it stands out for me because my usual go to pencils are the ticonderoga #2 black and mirado black warriors, so it's nice to have a decent blue pencil. anyway... keep up the good work!

I really like this pencil. It almost does not smear and when you write it feels smooth. I compared this blue norica and a noris eco. It’s strange that they are both “HB” but noris eco is much harder. I actually did not have any smudging issues with it.

I think overall here in the US our HB/No 2 pencils are much softer and darker than the ones in Europe. Norica I think is still slightly harder than average us pencil.

I don’t remember these when I was in school. Tradition, Noris and Mars for technical drawing was all I recall. Although Fabre-Castell were far and away the biggest brand down here (Rep of Ireland). The yellow Columbus by Fabre-Castell were synonymous with the word pencil. Conté were probably second most common in primary school and Staedtler 3rd. Staedtler seemed to be more common in the workplace than Conté though. Conté probably had a good ground game in selling directly to schools whereas Staedtler and were more common in stationery supply shops.

Sir I need no2 or hb pencil ? Is this the same? My pencil says Nordica says 132 46 hb2!!
Some pencil on market has only hb on them it has hb2
