Mental Barriers and How to Break Them

We've all been there; we want something more out of our life, but when we quickly weigh the logistics it doesn't seem possible and we give up on it. If you give up on something without making any progress or encountering any blockers, you have a mental blocker; your thoughts are blocking you and nothing else because you haven't tried yet. Trying is obviously easier said than done. So instead of turning your back when the tough realities come up, think about how to work through them. Break them down into lists and steps. Suddenly, what intimidated and overwhelmed you before is tangible and you've wrapped your head around it. Then figure out how to start making baby steps to conquering those obstacles so you can move on to a more fulfilling life. Don't put it out of your hands like it's out of your control because it's not.

Current thoughts: Video seems out of focus, gonna see what I can do about it. Right now I have that fulfillment when I put a video out, but still the huge stress buildup which occupies most of my weekend before it's done. Going to try a new weekend routine to crank a video out in a timely manner so I can get on with my life after it's done. Also, doing this would help me familiarize myself with exactly what I'm going to say (articulating it takes a lot of time, this is all original) which will help camera presence. I'm also considering voice overs of game content or something because that would make the video more visually engaging; I don't have actors or visual aid for what I talk about as far as I know (if you have any ideas please tell me). However, that would also make this easier, when the point is for it to not be easy, so I'll have to figure that out. But maybe I don't have to fight what I'm not good at so hard, so we'll see.

There is still the element of other social media sites and cropping my content to make them fit there, but that doesn't really feel like a worthwhile endeavor yet. But it's on the radar, as is my camera presence, better thumbnails, music, overall engagingness, all that stuff. Baby steps. If you notice anything I didn't mention here, I would appreciate you telling me.
