Defiant PM 'will not negotiate a delay'

Boris Johnson tells MPs he "will not negotiate a delay with the EU, and neither does the law compel me to do" after they voted to delay approval of his Brexit deal.

Do not blame him. Whatever is put forward will be blocked as the politicians have no interest in delivering on the result from 2016. The next general election will see the downfall of a hell of a lot of these people involved in this process.

When the E.U refuses to give an extension (Macron, Varadkar, Juncker, Hungary etc.), it will be very interesting to see the Remainers' faces, as the facts are as simple as the following small but quite clear phrase: "This Deal, or No Deal"

Which law states Boris has to write a letter seeking an extension? Not EU law. EU law overrules UK law. Boris may write the letter, but doesn't have to try to negotiate an extension. Thus, we crash out with no deal on 31st October, £39 billion richer. Sounds good to me, UK Independence Day 1st November yippee!
