ROKR Tractor Assembly

High speed assembly video of the ROKR LK401 tractor kit. It took about 2 1/2 hours to assemble the kit and it works very nicely. This kit was clearly designed before the clock kit because, unlike the clock kit, none of the parts have their numbers cut into them so you can easily identify them after removal and before assembly. The instructions also do not have a short list of pieces needed at each step, you have to identify the parts from the labelled diagram and double check the whole diagram to make sure you didn't miss any pieces before moving on.

I always keep a file and an X-Acto knife handy for assembling these wooden kits. Like all snap-fit models, you have to be prepared to remove flashing and do minor sanding for a good fit.
