As a female, it is really sad how much men's feeling are disregarded. People act like seeing a man cry is as rare as a unicorn, and it kinda is. Not because men don't/shouldn't have feelings, but because they DO have feelings but are taught that it's bad to have emotions. It's horrible that people genuinely say these phrases to men for not pretending to be a stone:
"Just man up".
"Oh, you have crippling depression? Just go to the gym😂!".
"Ugh, men are such creeps at the gym, staring at girls doing squats.."
Just because someone isn't a woman doesn't mean they can't cry/show emotion besides anger and happiness.
