Well I've personally never tried this egg drop soup, but it looks amazingly good. I'd definitely try it once, I like more substance to my soups, but this looks as if u could add other stuff to it, ham, mushrooms, celery, onion. Great job on something new to me, I love it when I see something new, I'm so going to, try this, thank u for sharing your lovely recipes.❤️

This is one of my favorite soups. Just made it and it is sooo good! I might have went too fast with the pepper, so y'all be careful. Mine clumped up some like cinnamon does, had to pick some out and smush it to break up.

I add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, peas carrots and cooked chicken. I also make my own chicken broth, and use the meat in the soup.
