I did it yesterday! Turns out, cable set up was a little trickier for m8100 than for m8000. Perfect shifting now with m8000 shifter, m8100 derailleur and ztto 11-50 11 speed cassette.

Nice shifting. I couldn't figure this combination out. Ztto 11 speed 11-50 + m8100 derailleur with m8000 shifter. Bad shifting in low or high position. Different chain though: kmc x11.

How did you size your chain? I have problems seting this cassette with m8100 new derailleur and m9000 shifter, if I put it on the biggest sprocket like shimano suggests it doesn't need shortening but my cage sits a lot looser then yours...

Or should i use slx m7000 11 speed? And just limit it so that it will not drop in the spokes?
