Welcome to my February movie wrap-up! (Yes, It's now April. March was INSANE).

Most of the films I watched during this month were Oscar Best Picture nominees, and boy oh boy. They were certainly some movies. AND. I get to introduce you to Neil Breen. Oh, Neil Breen. You magnificent man.

In this review, I go over:
0:00 (Intro)
0:10 (Nickel Boys)
2:45 (Smile 2)
6:27 (Double Down)
8:53 (Breakdown)
10:30 (Flow)
13:35 (The Brutalist)
16:51 (A Complete Unknown)

I loved Flow! I watched it the night before the Oscars so the day of I was like "Flow deserves to win but it's probably going to be The Wild Robot" so I was pleasantly surprised. Equally pleasantly surprising was the news that Flow is getting a Criterion release as well. I'd say "That's a day 1 buy for me" but I literally only buy Criterions during the Barnes & Noble sales lol

What I want to know about Smile 2 is if Peter Jacobson's character existed AT ALL. If this franchise continues I can see him being to this what Tony Todd was to the Final Destination franchise.

Neil Breen seems like a version of Vincent gallo who doesn’t take himself seriously.
