Fun fact: this is the only movie (to my knowledge at least) where the leading actor (in this case Julia Roberts) is in EVERY SINGLE SCENE, there's not a single scene in this movie without her, did anyone else notice?? Boy, talk about a crazy schedule

I felt so bad for her because I understand, he wasn’t hers but she knew in her heart they had an undeniable connection. When someone gets married it’s almost like you lost their old identity. But she did the absolute most ! I felt bad lmao

This is a true romantic comedy. There's some amazing 00s romantic comedies, but even though I saw this on vhs, it's still my favourite. The cast was bomb, especially because half the characters were not likeable people

I was sad for her in the end, but I knew that it was for the best. A true best friend will realize that what they want, may not be best for their bestie, and will do whatever it is will let them be happiest. If anyone's in disagreement, you've sadly never had a real best friend. Just a real close one

I don’t like how in the movie they make Cameron Diaz character only 20 years old. So Michael is pretty much marrying a college student who isn’t fully mature yet. They should’ve made her 25 or something.
