Recipe:
1.75q + ⅙ cup heavy cream
The juice of 1.5 lemons
20 eggs
4 cup + 3 tbsp + 1 ½ tsp sugar
2 cup flour
Powdered sugar
⅓ cup + 2 tbsp marsala
3 tbsp butter
Salt
⅓ cup espresso
3 tbsp water
Bake cakes in 2 batches. 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Hey dude, this video was posted a year ago, but I have made this recipe multiple times this holiday season. For the beating you should do them for each ingredient like a long time compared to what feels "normal". Your whipped cream should have stiff peaks before mixing with the marscapone.
