Civil Defense on red alert amid Kristine onslaught | ANC

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) on Wednesday said it is on red alert as Tropical Storm Kristine batters the Philippines.
OCD spokesperson Edgar Posadas said that the office is set to transport goods to Batanes, where Kristine is also projected to bring rains and strong winds.
