Tim Allen ‘Flashes’ 'Home Improvement' Wife in Resurfaced Clip

A clip of Tim Allen “flashing” his 'Home Improvement' costar Patricia Richardson is resurfacing. The clip is from a blooper reel from the hit TV sitcom. In her Instagram post, Richardson wrote, "He was wearing boxer shorts and it was fun." It comes after Pamela Anderson claimed in her new book that Allen flashed her backstage on the "Home Improvement" set. Allen insists it never happened. Richardson says "I doubt this story greatly" in regard to Anderson's claims.
