O Let Me Walk With Thee | Songs and Everlasting Joy

Lillian Dale Avery Stuttle was a woman of great devotion, faith and courage. She was the author of many beautiful poems and several books. She believed she would be alive to see Jesus come, like Enoch, who was translated without seeing death. Though that did not come to pass, her faith and devotion to Jesus shine through this hymn and give encouragement to each Christian on their walk with Jesus.

O Let Me Walk With Thee

O let me walk with Thee, my God,
As Enoch walked in days of old;
Place Thou my trembling hand in Thine,
And sweet communion with me hold;

Yet, Jesus, let me walk with Thee.

The only mistake of Lillian Dale Avery Stuttle were, that she did not live in the generation, where they did became translated into God's presence without seeing death first. We do! I am absolutely convinced, that our blessed hope is imminent to manifest, at least in the coming few years. God Bless!
