The horse racing commission should be fall under the minister of sports and culture, or the minister of labour not the minister of finance Dr Nigel Clarke at all. The government is very stupid, because he does not know what they are doing. That is why the country is falling into total chaos financial crisis, or totally into disarray. Because of poor management, the government cannot find money to run the country at all.

This kind of hypocrisy between the countries in the region being going on for decades and, it not going to change at all. Because if the court granted country to country certain permission for a period of time and, one the order of the court. That country should be charged criminally for breaking the laws, for contempt of court proceedings. Unless the CCJ does not have any form of judicial power to take any action against Barbados, by making that country pay for the damages. It has caused the other country or making that person pay a fine, or spending some time in jail. For contempt of the court ordered, you can see that the government of Barbados does not respect the court ordered at all. Also the chairman of caricom should take action against Barbados for failing to complying to rules of laws, within the organization. That means, that the chairman of caricom is not doing his or her job properly at all. From what I am discovering here, or observed, that the rules or laws within the organization of caricom. It is a none biding one, where there is no arrests cannot make within ones country. Unless that person is in a different country and, breaks their laws before he, or she can be subsequently arrested. I rest my case or points, but they need to show more cooperation from government to government, within the region.

I being warning all the countries in the world and, also the Caribbean islands region who is depending on tourism industry. Just liked Jamaica too, the tourist industry is a very flexible one, it is not a very viable alternative for no one futures in life.
Because any form of disaster just like now, everything is going to fall apart very badly. This kind of industry is a very seasonal one, so the government or the people cannot depending on it too much. I am really sorry for you people in general, because we are serving the same purposes in life.Because we all provided the same kind of services to people in general, it does not matter what kind of job you are doing. At this pointing time now, we are affected by this coronavius disease.Because I haven't worked for 16weeks now, because am a pensioner so. It does really affected me too much, if it wasn't for that, I would be in deep mess.

My question is why does the immigration branch of the Jamaican government allow indigent persons who have nothing to offer Jamaica into the country ?
