I absolutely love your channel, Jaspreet. I grew up dirt floor poor, and as such I learned a lot about how to save money. I always looked at things from a worst possible scenario type way and I needed funds in case the worst case scenario happens. Which always built in a strong reflex of how to budget and save, but you have really opened my eyes up to investing, and I truly appreciate your help. Let's say you chose a good place to buy real estate and at that period of time more and more people are coming in and settling down in that particular area. So, you have a strong underlying asset that you have invested in and there is a big population there as well. Also not to forget that you are getting your 7-8% cashflow.
So, my question is that there is going to be a point when people will stop coming to that particular venue as there will be no more of space remaining and also people can leave due to various reasons. At that time what will you plan to do? Sell of the real estate and find a better place to move in or continue in that particular area despite ups and downs of property demands?

the same reasons for which cash flow increases on a property, also cause the the property to appreciate in value. so not sure what Jaspreet means when he says that price of property may go down, but cash flow may n 9:41 ot.
