The trans rights activist trying to disrupt the speeches is saying "Keep hate off our streets." Or to be precise, she's pressing a button on the loudspeaker that repeats the phrase.

I was proud to have been among these women this week. All power to those who spoke, and to Marion Millar, whose silence spoke volumes.
