It only looks like a lot becausr of all the moving parts. If you think about, it's a medium small farm breakfast. For Americans, this is a perfect light supper. Or a healthy start the day off right in the food tradition of Japan. Do think a salad and soup for breakfast is a great idea. (Along with an egg, hash browns, biscuits and sausage gravy)

I usually have a bowl of beef Pho in the morning because it's just as heartwarming as ramen (though i never try it before), other cases I just have a loaf of bread (usually plain or laced with pork floss butter) and a box of milk and that's it

I used to live in Japan so every morning before school, I would have miso soup and soft boiled eggs. Now I’m in America and I crave that morning meal every day 😂 (I lived in Japan for four years)

i Indonesia we always eat egg, nasi uduk and rice with side dish like fish

you should make tuna sprea, tuna spread recipie-canned tuna-mayo-pepper-lettuce and cheese to make the spread use the tuna mayo pepper and cheese and the lettuce and meat is the other toppings
