Important Notes - If a target is closer, your sensitivity will feel slower, if a target is further your sensitivity will feel faster.
It's all about setting something that works for your playstyle, if your playstyle is aggressive use something faster and set this sensitivity in that range, if you're not comfortable pushing just keep your sensitivity to something slower and set it for that range, Now if you find a sensitivity in between(hybrid) which is not too slow and not too fast, and you are able to play with it comfortably. Or if you find a comfortable close (slow) sensitivity but your struggle to hit further(faster) it's fine you'll adapt to it gradually and vice versa. Just keep playing with it a lot and this will give you good mouse control, once you get used to it.

actually sensitivity doesn’t matter that much to aiming. the perfect sens wont exist since no matter what sens you use if u have a bad habit, you will continuously repeat that bad habit until you consciously try to correct your technique. this is due to how our brain work and it’s ability to adapt to new conditions pretty quickly, it would send commands from our brain to activate certain muscle groups and react accordingly if the result is good or no (to put it in simple terms).

for example, it wont matter if you play on 30cm/360 or 90cm/360 if you have an overflicking problem. you would just be putting a “band-aid solution” instead of actually fixing your flawed technique. learning the proper technique would be way more beneficial and actually is something that will actually scientifically improve your aim, instead of searching for a perfect sens that doesn’t exist
