I feel the same way. Filling in the pockets, sometimes I am super crafty, sometimes I only use half a page for 1 week. I think that it is the best way to go with Project Life :)

One thing that helped me is the realization that if I start with simple and want to go back and change it later, I can do that. Sometimes simple is great though cuz I find I get a lot more done.
