I came back from Zanzibar 3 days ago and I already miss it! People are so friendly there and there’s absolutely nothing to worry about when it comes to safety. The beaches are absolutely stunning and there’s a lot of fun things to do. I will definitely go back one day to this beautiful island with it’s beautiful people. Their lifestyle has made me believe that in Europe we may have all the comfort, but most of us aren’t really happy. People in Zanzibar have simple lives, yet smile more often and are way more friendly than people in Europe.

The balance of having just enough in life and being happy and having all the comforts of life and being miserable, the people here strike me as very thankful for the little things that life provide. The gentleman at end being 40 years old but looks way younger than that shows that the stress that the rest of the world goes though really sucks the life out of you. My grandfather went to Zanzibar in 1940s. My father was born there. They Came back to Oman in 1966... Many of my relatives speak Swahili. We still have relatives in Zanzibar. Hopefully one day I will visit the island.
