Excellent detailed video describing exactly what this mysterious device does. I've seen nothing else that is as informative and thorough on this product, including anything from Panasonic. They should be paying you. I have also subscribed to your channel. Thank you!

I'm really looking for how it works - the thinking behind the heat exchange. does it work differently in summer or winter? And, where to look for info on knowing what settings are right for home conditions (people, closed windows, etc).

Nice video. In a home with one bathroom and one kitchen, could this replace the need for vent fans? Or would the humidity load from showers/cooking end up causing chance of mold?

Is there logic to adjusting supply/ exhaust air settings to reduce humidity in the summer?

Do the panasonic filters have carbon? To assist filtering smoke and odours?

Looks like you have it set up to use 4" ducts?

How do you like this unit compared to Broan or Zehnder devices? Are those worth the higher price? Any guidance on how to choose between the multiple manufacturers for a new build?

From a design perspective, I would think that the intakes and outtakes would be on the same side inside of the unit, not criss-cross. Thinking of simplicity.

🙄 Absolutely impossible to find someone to explain the control setting.. I know how it works but what should the settings be in the summer, winter, humid days blah blah blah.... everyone just keeps beating around the bush frustrating 🤦‍♂️.

really, the in and out air 10ft apart? panasonic sells a duct that is slit inside and is within the same vent cap anly a few inches apart on the outside, so what makes you come up with that number of 10 ft
