Minoxidil to be used in post hair transplant. Minoxidil actually is a molecule which increases the blood supply to the hair roots. It dilates the blood vessels. So post-transplant, yes, we do tell them to use Minoxidil because it increases the blood supply and if the roots which are transplanted get more nutrition and they grow more faster and better and more healthy. So I suggest that you should use Minoxidil post hair transplant.

Ma'am, 1st time I am watching your video, it's very knowledgeable....If had seen you earlier I would have performed my hair transplant from you.. Ma'am after my 1st prp(15 days after Hair Transplant) my doctor advised me to use minoxidil Check fall f solution, but after using that I got its side effects like redness, itching, swelling and some hello hard dandruff on my recepient area and my scalp became hard and on 18th day I scratched my scalp because of itching and got some hairs in my hand...after that i stopped using it...then on 23rd day I tried the alcohol free minoxidil and got the same side effects and again i scratched it and got some hairs my hand so my doctor advised me to stop it and use only finasteride and multivitamin tablets, so sir my concern is did the minoxidil damaged my grafts??? As I scratched my scalp and it my scalp became hard...

My hair transplant done on 16 /11/19 and I m not using minoxidil and finasteroid ..and my translated hai only 15 to 20 % fall anly and other hair continue grown
so I have need to use minoxidil and finasteroid ..for better results? Plz plz reply

Hi Dr. I had a hair transplant 30 months back. My baldness type was grade 6. I used Tugain 5% twice a day for 18 months with kergalo tablet once in a day and hair growth was great. later my hair transplant doctor told to stop using both. Since then I  have been using various oils but now there has been no growth. It seems hairs which was transplanted earlier also reducing. Shall I start using Minoxidil 5% and if yes then for how long? Shall I go for PRP?Pls help.

If we stop to use minoxidil after 6 mnths on hair transplant area. Will they fall down again or not ...
I had my hair transplant and doc suggest me to use minoxidil on hair transplant area for 6 mnths .. so pls let me know
