How to Block a Punch from a Bigger Attacker

When you're faced with a bigger attacker, you have to be smart about how you're going to block his strikes. If your attacker throws a punch at you, and you are much smaller than he is, you need to use all your strength in blocking the punch with your arm.
Avoid doing a 90◦ angle with your arm, because your attacker will be able to intercept it and hit you since he's obviously stronger.
Your best bet is to block the larger attacker's strike by extending your arm in a straight line. Once you've done that, you have to go around him and trap him chest-to-back.
A crazy strike to do in this position is a bicep palm by grabbing the back of the neck and hitting up with your bicep. Your attacker will most likely not see that coming.
