Here’s another new demo from Wampyric Rites, released through DeathKvlt Productions at the start of the month – and now obviously all sold out.

This band are managing to exceed each previous set of tracks with every new release they put out, and Demo III is no exception, with the propulsive gnarled rocking grooves kicking up dust in the wake of their parched, lo-fi production style, with the inspired flourishes of South American-style acoustic guitar and flutes.

Grim, menacing, and imperious, yet equally wild, feral and rabid, this is an excellent example of the compelling nature of raw black metal.

Pick this up along with the entire Death Kvlt discography of 71 releases, for the insanely cheap price of 25 British pence (or more if you are inclined). It would be one of the best value purchases you could make. Or wait until Bandcamp’s special fee-waiving day tomorrow, May 1st when artists will receive every penny you pay for their releases.
